Joanne Bowen has worked in education on three continents teaching and managing charity education programmes (MSc International Development). Jo's teaching career began in 2014, as an English teacher in Thailand (EFL), and she's subsequently worked in various roles including ESL and IELTS tutoring, developing learning resources for marginalised communities, and facilitating workshops with adults. Jo's returned to her UK home and is committed to creating supportive, responsive and friendly classroom communities where all learners can grow.

Tamlin Walenn studied classical languages at King's College London before attending RADA where he gained an M.A. in Text & Performance. After five years fundraising for many major international charities he began teaching English at Callan School in 2001. He has since taught 50+ nationalities at 20 language schools in London, specialising in pronunciation enhancement, external exam training and English for Academic Purposes. He has also translated many classic plays for English students and published three IELTS exam guidebooks.

Clare Corcoran is an MA and CELTA qualified teacher with over 10 years’ teaching experience. Specialising in IELTS and English as an Academic Language, Clare also teaches general English and the Callan Method. As a native English speaker, Clare’s second languages are French and Italian. She loves to travel, try new cuisines and get out to the hills around London and further afield at weekends. Alma maters: King’s College, London, Falmouth University (Creative Arts) and SKOLA Teacher Training.

Geoffrey Punter grew up in southern Switzerland, where he discovered his strong passion for languages and teaching. He is a native speaking, graduate, and CELTA-qualified teacher of English and Italian. Over the past 6 years he has been teaching English and Italian to people of all ages at several schools across Switzerland and London. He is also an actor and offers drama workshops for public speakers, language learners, and children.
