TYPES OF ACCOMMODATION AVAILABLE

Home Stay Accommodation

Home stay accommodation also known as family accommodation is staying with a host family. Host International's families are experienced in hosting overseas students and are situated in residential areas of London, near to an underground station/British Rail, making the trip to college an easy one. Great care is taken in ensuring the family environment is of a good standard. Host families reflect the multi-cultural British Society and come from a wide range of ethnic background but all speak native English and English is the main language spoken in the house. 

Students are made to feel at home and treated as family members. Students are also not placed with other students of the same native language unless it is by special request. Students will have a clean and comfortable room with study and storage facilities that meets the homestays requirements of English UK and British Council. There are three levels of accommodation to choose from (standard, superior and executive). Each level is further differentiated by zones. All prices vary according to the zone and category you choose.

Host families offer:

• Bed & Breakfast (BB) - This includes a continental style breakfast consisting of cereal, toast, tea/coffee etc. Prices starts from £120.00 to £210.00 per week for single occupancy and £160.00 to £240.00 per week for twin/double occupancy per person.

• Bed, Breakfast & Evening Meal (HB) - This includes continental breakfast and a cooked dinner containing a main course of meat/fish with pasta/ rice/vegetables/salad followed by a dessert or yoghurt or fruit. Prices starts from £110.00 to £190.00 per week for single occupancy and £145.00 to £220.00 per week for twin/double occupancy per person.

Meals are usually eaten with the family unless otherwise arranged and special diets such as a vegetarian, halal and other requirements can be catered for but which must be specified at the time of booking.

House Share Accommodation

Hosts International also offer a quality selection of houses in the fabulous Docklands Area of London with good standard of rooms for short to long stay students or for professionals looking for a comfortable, independent and self sufficient standard of living. Houses can accommodate from 3 - 7 persons with shared facilities which include a common dining room, lounge with TV, bathroom, kitchen and even a patio with garden in most cases. There are mostly 1 to 2 bathrooms per house.

Rooms are either single or shared with one person of the same sex.
